Enzymes, like protease and cellulase found in Digest, break down this biofilm. This removes the protective coating from yeast, allowing the anti-fungal foods and herbs in Yeast Guard to start working.

Step 2: Eliminate & Detoxify Yeast

Once the biofilm is breached, yeast can more effectively be eliminated. Yeast Guard is packed with powerful natural ingredients like pau d’arco, oregano leaf, and olive leaf, all known for their ability to support the body’s detoxification process from yeast overgrowth.

It's also important to also remove yeast's food supply. This means feeding a diet that's low in starch and avoiding drugs and chemicals that contain heavy metals.
